What Is the Vietnam E-Visa?

The Vietnam E-Visa is an official electronic travel document issued by the Vietnam Immigration Department. It allows you to enter and exit Vietnam easily without visiting an embassy, filling out paper forms, or waiting in line.

What Is a Vietnam Visa on Arrival (VOA)?

With Visa on Arrival, travelers apply online in advance for an Approval Letter. This letter allows you to pick up your visa at the airport upon arriving in Vietnam, unlike traditional visas obtained at an embassy or consulate.

  • Validity: Up to 90 days, available for single or multiple entries
  • Two available purposes:
    1. Tourist visa approval letter sponsored by a Vietnamese tour operator
    2. Business visa approval letter sponsored by a Vietnamese company where you will work once in Vietnam

Visa Processing Options

Processing procedure and fees payable

When you need to apply for a Vietnam visa, please send us a scanned copy of your passport, a 4×6 cm portrait photo, your intended length of stay, and your arrival date.
Depending on your arrival date and whether you require urgent processing, we offer different processing options, from standard to extremely urgent, and the service price will vary accordingly.

Therefore, when you use our visa application service, you will need to pay two types of fees:

  • Service fee: This fee may change from time to time and depends on the urgency of processing, so the price will vary. The service fee will be refunded if your visa is refused.
  • Government fee (state/official fee): We will collect and pay this on your behalf. Depending on the visa type, the fee is:
    • from USD 25 per person for a single-entry visa,
    • USD 50 per person for a 1-month multiple-entry visa, and
    • USD 95 per person for a 3-month multiple-entry visa.
      Please note that this fee is paid directly to the government before the visa is approved, so it is non-refundable even if your visa is refused.

What You’ll Need to Apply

  • Valid for at least 6 months from your entry date
  • At least 2 blank pages
  • Clear and high resolution

2. Portrait Photo

  • Taken within the last 6 months
  • JPEG format, maximum size 2MB
  • Facing forward, no hats or glasses
  • White background, polite attire
