Terms of Service for Visa Application Support

(Applicable to customer support services for completing applications for Vietnamese visas)

Scope of Services

  • The One Digi Joint Stock Company provides customer support services including:
    • Providing consultation on information related to procedures for applying for Vietnamese visas.
    • Assisting customers in completing online application forms on the Vietnamese Government’s system.
    • Monitoring application processing status and notifying customers of results.

The Company is not a competent authority for issuing visas and does not guarantee 100% approval of any application.

Service Fee Structure

  • Customers shall pay the Company the following two fees:
    • Company Service Fee
      • Fee range: VND 500,000 – 3,000,000 per application (or according to the price list applicable from time to time).
      • This is the Company’s service revenue, covering support, consultation, and application processing.
    • Government Fee (State Fee) – Collected and Paid on Behalf
      • Fee as regulated by the Government: USD 25 for single-entry visa per application and USD 50 for multiple-entry visa per application (or according to the fee level issued by the State from time to time). (Exchange rate will be converted at the time of payment).
      • This fee is collected by the Company on behalf of the customer and paid to the Vietnamese Government visa portal; it is not the Company’s revenue.
      • The Company pays this fee by bank card via the Government’s payment system; the State authority does not issue an invoice for online payments.

Payment Obligations

Customers must fully pay the Company service fee + Government fee before the Company proceeds with form submission.

The Company is responsible for paying the correct and full Government fee as regulated.

If an application is rejected due to policy reasons or objective causes from the immigration authority, the Government fee is non-refundable in accordance with regulations.

Company Responsibilities

  • The Company commits to:
    • Supporting customers to complete application information accurately based on data provided by the customer.
    • Paying the Government fee in the exact amount paid by the customer.
    • Keeping customers’ personal information and visa files confidential.
    • Providing a statement of collected-and-paid-on-behalf amounts and Government fee payment transaction records (upon customer request).

Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers commit to:
    • Providing truthful and accurate information and documents.
    • Taking full responsibility if incorrect information leads to rejection.
    • Paying all fees in full as required.
    • Proactively checking email and messages to receive visa results.

Refund/Cancellation

The Company service fee will be refunded if the Company has not performed any step of processing the application.

After the application has been submitted to the system, the Company service fee is non-refundable.

The Government fee (collected on behalf) is non-refundable in all cases, as regulated by State authorities.

Commitment for Collected-and-Paid-on-Behalf Amounts

The Company only acts as an intermediary for payment of the Government fee at the customer’s request.

This fee is not the Company’s revenue and will be recorded in the collected-and-paid-on-behalf statement for financial transparency.

Confidentiality Clause

All customer data is kept strictly confidential.

The Company will not share information with any third party except when required by State authorities.

Effectiveness

These terms take effect from the date the customer confirms use of the service.
